Terms of Service
1. The service
TimeFlow is a productivity tool that tracks time spent on websites, provides analytics and focus scoring, and offers optional Pro features such as site blocking, focus mode, CSV export, and daily goals.
The extension runs in your browser. Many features operate locally on your device. Some features (account sign-in, subscription management, email verification) require connection to our backend API.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use TimeFlow. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. You must comply with applicable laws and Chrome Web Store policies.
3. Accounts
You may sign in with Google or create an account using email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@apkaagent.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Free and Pro plans
Free plan: includes core time tracking, productivity score, and basic analytics as described in the extension.
Pro plan: includes additional features (site blocker, focus mode, CSV export, daily goals, and related Pro tools) for $9.99/month (or the price shown at checkout). Features and pricing may change with notice where required.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription via the in-extension billing portal or by contacting support.
- Refunds are handled according to applicable law and Stripe's policies unless we state otherwise in writing.
- If payment fails, Pro access may be suspended until billing is resolved.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TimeFlow for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure
- Circumvent subscription or access controls
- Interfere with the extension's operation or other users' experience
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
You are solely responsible for sites you block, limits you set, and how you use focus mode. TimeFlow is a self-help productivity tool, not a parental control or enterprise security product unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
TimeFlow, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Apka Agent or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal productivity in accordance with these Terms.
8. Third-party services
TimeFlow integrates with third parties including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
TimeFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that time tracking will be 100% accurate in all browsing scenarios. Browser updates, tab behavior, or system sleep may affect measurements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apka Agent and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of TimeFlow.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 50 if you use the free plan.
12. Termination
You may stop using TimeFlow at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive termination.
13. Changes to the service or Terms
We may modify TimeFlow or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use and cancel any subscription.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Apka Agent's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may still apply.
